Our Policies



While we do try our best to accommodate all walk-ins, appointments are encouraged to decrease waiting times and emergencies are always given first priority. If possible, please do call us in advance at 954-522-2577 to check on our appointment availability.


Payment Options

Full payment for services is due at the time services are rendered. A reasonable deposit may be required for hospitalization or emergency surgery. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. 

We do not however accept checks.


Safety Measures

For everyone’s safety (pets and people alike), all dogs must be on leash while in the clinic and all cats in a cat carrier. If you do not have a carrier, please inform our front desk so that we can loan you one.



Vaccinations are only administered with a current physical exam by the veterinarian. This is important to ensure that your pet is healthy and that there are no health issues that need to be addressed.


Prescription Refills

We ask for 24 hour notice on all prescription refills. This decreases your waiting time and ensures that we have sufficient time to process your prescription accurately. For your convenience, use the button below for recurring prescriptions as well as food and over-the-counter products.
